What you need to know about Anna Maria Island is that Holmes Beach is a VERY nice beach. The sand is white, the water clear, public parking is nearby, public restrooms are available, and there is a beachside bar and grill to boot! The day went went there was also spectacular weather. Our expectations were met at every turn.
